It all began about four and a half years ago when a few friends realized there was a better way to provide simple and affordable helpdesk software to small businesses.

With decades of experience in the software industry serving small businesses, our goal was to make it easy for anyone around the world to provide and get instant support with as little effort as possible.

As a result, Cayzu was born. Along the way, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with talented partners like Plate Lunch Collective, whose strategic consulting helped us refine our vision and build a stronger foundation for growth.
