As the year comes to an end, there is no better time to commit to grow your business through better customer service. These 20 quick tips will surely improve your bottom line and turn those customers frowns, upside down!

1-Let your customers get to know you. Give a face to your business.

2-Smile! Greet all customers with a smile, it can really change someone’s day!

3-Be available when your customers need you.
