Added a Multi-Function Send & Resolve button: We’ve added a multi-function send button that allows you to more easily send and update tickets using ANY of your statuses from your account. So if you’ve created a “Pending Shipping” Status, you can now easily update the ticket and change the status at the same time with less clicks!
Added Requester’s email address to the ticket thread : We’ve added the requester’s email address within each ticket’s thread to make it easier to distinguish between replies.
Updated Main Ticket Grid icons: We’ve updated the icons on the main ticket grid to be more visually appealing
